About this project
Conceptual exterior renders and photo matched aerial composites for Sanad Capital's surf park and resort development on the Sunshine Coast — used through approvals and early marketing campaigns.
Working ahead of approvals, we produced the hero exterior and grandstand renders, including aerial composites that integrated the wave-pool scheme into the existing site footprint. The work supported planning submissions and the first round of investor and audience communications.
